What delivery costs

Delivery is N$149 on orders under N$1,000, and free on orders of N$1,000 or more. The same price applies anywhere in Namibia, Windhoek included. You can also collect your order from our store in Windhoek at no charge.

Delivery hours

The speed of our delivery depends on our working hours. Deliveries are done within these hours:

• Monday to Friday, 10h00 to 16h30
• Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: closed

In Windhoek

We offer a same-day delivery service for customers in Windhoek. This applies if you order within our delivery hours and the items ordered are in stock. If you order after the hours stated above, the order is sent out the following day.

Other parts of Namibia

We offer a 72-hour delivery service for customers in other parts of Namibia, via a suitable courier to your area. This applies if you order within our delivery hours and the items ordered are in stock. If you order after the hours stated above, the order is sent out the following day.
